Hi Sharepointers,

Its one of a strange issue if you guys face it while uploading document to the document library even though you have a full permission. you just need to disable the following features and try it.

Deactivated Publishing Feature

Deactivated Content Organizer

Deactivated and re-activated Enterprise Feature

Deactivated and re-activated Standard Feature
