How to shows the list of approved items in a workflow – SharePoint 2013/Office 365?
Suppose you have a requirement to show the list of approved items in a approval process workflow. Here are the things to do.
- Create a SharePoint View
- Add the necessary columns
- Choose filter options where approval status is equals 17 .This will show the list of approved list items in that particular view.
- Similarly you can create different view for Rejected or Cancelled status. Here are the integer values as below
Rejected = 17
Approved = 16
Cancelled = 15
