How to shows the list of approved items in a workflow – SharePoint 2013/Office 365?

Hello SharePointers,

Suppose you have a requirement to show the list of approved items in a approval process workflow. Here are the things to do.

  1. Create a SharePoint View
  2. Add the necessary columns
  3. Choose filter options where approval status is equals 17 .This will show the list of approved list items in that particular view.
  4. Similarly you can create different view for Rejected or Cancelled status. Here are the integer values as below

Rejected = 17
Approved = 16
Cancelled = 15
